Excilite-µ is capable of emitting the same intensity (50 mW/cm2) of its elder brother Excilite, but on a smaller treatment area (30 cm2).

Excilite-µ possesses the latest in technology, in order to satisfy the most demanding professional users. The system is fitted with additional screens which may be used to reduce the therapeutic surface area, down to one centimetre in diameter, thus simplifying its use on small areas without the need to protect the surrounding healthy regions.
